Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Currently at the moment we only deliver to places in the UK.
When will I receive my order?
We use Royal Mail 2nd Class for sending all items to customers, depending on the size and weight of your item it should come anywhere between 2 to 5 working days.
On purchasing your items, you will receive a confirmation email that has information on your order and an estimated date when it will arrive. If your item has not arrived by the estimated date please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I track my order?
Shortly after you purchase your item and it has been shipped by the artist, they will receive a tracking reference number in which you can type in on the Royal Mail Trace and Track page to found out where your item is.
Can I change or cancel my shipping address or order?
On the purchasing of a physical item you have a grace period of two days to make any changes or cancellations to your order. After this period, you will not be able to make changes or cancel your item for bespoke artwork services. For items brought from the marketplace that are sold directly from an artist please see their specific policy about refunds on their shop front.
Can I return my artwork or product?
Artwork can only be returned if it has been damaged. Your refund will be issued to you on PayPal or through the platform you purchased your item on.
My order arrived incomplete, what should I do?
Please contact us and send a photo of your incomplete item to email@example.com and we will investigate your order.
My order is damaged what should I do?
Please contact us and send a photo of your damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate your order.
What payment systems can I use on this site?
We use PayPal payments with PayPal Express Checkouts.
Can I sell artwork as a non-UK artist?
At the moment we are only working with UK artists but as we grow, we will be looking to work with artists across the globe. Feel free to send us your main social media accounts and follow us, so we can post your work on our social media pages.
How can I collaborate or work with DIFFRNT?
